"What is the Cozy Falls Play System?"
Cozy Falls is a line of paper figures, vehicles, and houses that can be combined to form a fully customizable town. The Cozy Falls Play System is the modular system all Cozy Falls toys are designed around. The Freaky Five toys are drawn in the same style and printed out at the same size as the Cozy Falls toys, so they are compatible with the system.
"What are the Freaky Five toys made out of? Do you make them by hand?"
The toys are made out of printed cardstock. They are not made individually by hand. They're drawn on a computer and then printed out digitally.
"Who makes them?"
The Freaky Five was created by Chicago-based artist Chelsea Traynor, who has also designed and drawn all the toys so far.
"Where are the toys made?"
Every single Freaky Five product is designed and manufactured in the USA, in Illinois. We also try to use shipping materials that are made in the USA whenever possible.
"What do I get when I order a Freaky Five toy?"
You will be sent a kit of printed cardstock sheets in the mail. You'll have to cut the pieces of the toy out of the sheets. Once you cut all the pieces out, you can assemble them into the finished three-dimensional toy.
"So the toys aren't shipped out pre-assembled?"
The Cozy Falls system is construction-based, so assembling it is part of the activity.
"How do you ship them out?"
All Freaky Five and Cozy Falls toys are shipped through the US Postal Service. Smaller orders are shipped in envelopes, larger volume orders are shipped in cardboard boxes.
"Is this meant for adults, or children?"
The Freaky Five toyline is part of the Cozy Falls Play System, and Cozy Falls is designed to be enjoyed by people of all ages. However, the animated adventures of the Freaky Five will be geared toward an older audience due to its horror content.
"What forms of payment do you accept?"
We accept PayPal, and we also accept credit cards through Stripe. You can choose your preferred method of payment when you check out.
When buying Freaky Five toys in person at events, you can pay with either cash or credit card through Square.
"Do you ship outside the US?"
We would love to ship worldwide and intend to in the future, but at this time items from our online store only ship to the United States. If you are an international customer, email us at [email protected], and we can try to work out a shipping arrangement on a case by case basis.
